Who We Are
My name is Juan Carlos Aguilera. I’m a second generation pool contractor. My family runs Calwest Pools, a pool remodeling company out of California.
My Dad relied mainly on work coming from his network of general contractors. He wanted to find and close his own jobs but didn’t know how.
That’s where I came in. I spent countless sleepless nights learning the industry and trying everything I could to find a way for the family business to find their own work.
After 2 years, I cracked the code. I learned exactly how to get my Dad more work than he was able to actually complete.
That’s when I started Elevate Contractors. Taking exactly what I learned from working on the family business and applying it to other contractors around the country.
Dozens of contractors later, Elevate Contractors is the same size as the family pool company and still growing.
